How does the work on a project start?
With a free consultation: we discuss goals, budget and timeline, then visit the site for measurements. After that we prepare a proposal with an exact cost and work plan.
How long does it take to develop a design project?
On average 4-8 weeks depending on the area and complexity. A studio or small apartment takes from 3 weeks, a house from 150 m² takes from 6-8 weeks.
What is included in a design project?
Measurement plan, layout solution, demolition/installation plan for partitions, electrical and lighting plan, floor and ceiling drawings, wall elevations, 3D visualizations and a specification of materials and furniture.
Do you work with existing layouts or can walls be changed?
We work with both options. Redevelopment is coordinated in line with regulations and, if needed, we prepare documents for the housing registry.
Do you provide site supervision?
Yes, site supervision is a separate service. The designer visits the site at key stages of renovation to check compliance with the project.
Do you help with purchasing furniture and materials?
Yes, we offer a procurement service: we select and order furniture, lighting, textiles and decor according to the project specification.
How is the project cost calculated?
The base rate is multiplied by the room area and a style complexity coefficient, plus any selected additional services. You can get an exact estimate in the «Calculator» section.
Can changes be made to the project after approval?
Yes, up to two free rounds of revisions are included at the development stage. Changes after project approval are discussed individually.
Do you work with regions outside your city?
Yes, a design project can be developed remotely: measurements are taken by a local partner or by the client following our instructions, everything else is handled online.
What guarantee do you provide for the design project?
We guarantee that the final drawings match the approved concept and provide free consultations during the renovation on questions that arise as the project is implemented.
